01-SHEET METAL STAMPING.

The processes stand out for their precision and attention to detail, attention to the aesthetic aspect and constant control of all production phases, in order to create every detail while respecting the customer’s requests.
02. MOLD MANUFACTURING.
The strength of Tecnostampaggi is also the constant collaboration with companies specialized in the design and construction of moulds, with which equipment suitable for every customer need is created. By means of feasibility studies, with the use of latest generation programs and the highest quality materials, we create molds that last over time, thus halving maintenance costs. Each mold is carefully produced, checked in every part and tested within the company, production proceeds after confirmation from the customer.
03. WIRE WORKING.
A few years ago, the company introduced SODICK wire-cutting EDM, which allows the construction of punches, dies, parts for moulds, molding and cutting tools, various components and complex shapes at competitive prices. By means of this technique it is possible to work the piece creating any geometric or volumetric figure (e.g. ribs, cavities, etc.) as long as it is deformable. This type of machine is completely automated, works with digital control and differs from traditional machines for its impeccable quality and excellent processing tolerance, significantly reducing the margin of error.

For the production of details Tecnostampaggi has the following equipment:

- N.1 Manzoni 315T two-upright numerically controlled press, machine speed from 30 to 75; stroke change; top 2000 x 1200; max tape width 500, max tape thickness 5 mm;
- N.1 Nuova Omec 250T two-upright numerically controlled press, machine speed from 30 to 90; stroke change; top 2000 x 1200; max tape width 500, max tape thickness 5 mm;
- N. 1 Sodick Premium AQ 537 L wire EDM;
- N.1 Itama FV 30 cutter
- N.1 Favretto grinding machine
- N.1 Scale capacity 30 quintals with piece counter connected to the PC.
